Privacy policy

This website has no forms and, by default, sets no cookies. Only if you agree through the banner do we enable the Google (Analytics and Ads) and Meta cookies that measure site visits and our advertising campaigns. The other data we process is what you write to us by e-mail or WhatsApp, or tell us by phone.

What data we process and why

There are no forms. If you accept measurement cookies, Google and Meta receive browsing data (pages viewed, IP address, device identifiers) to measure site visits and the campaigns; without your consent they receive nothing. If you write to us by e-mail or WhatsApp, or call us, we process the data you give us (name, contact details, content of your request) only to reply to you and, if you become a customer, to manage the supply and tax obligations. Legal basis: your request (pre-contractual measures) and, for customers, the contract and legal obligations; for measurement cookies, your consent.

How long we keep it

We keep messages from people who do not become customers for 12 months at most, then delete them. Customer data is kept for the length of the relationship and for the 10 years required by tax rules.

Who can see it

No one, apart from the providers we need to work: the e-mail service, the website hosting, Google and Meta (measurement cookies, only with your consent; Meta also if you write to us on WhatsApp). Google and Meta process data under their own notices. We do not sell or pass data to third parties. Providers’ servers may also be outside the European Union, with the safeguards provided by the GDPR.

Cookies

Technical cookies: none. The site only remembers your banner choice, in your browser. Third-party cookies (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta): they measure site visits and campaigns and are enabled only if you press “Accept”. You can decline at no cost and change your mind at any time from “Manage cookies” at the bottom of the page; to delete cookies already set, use your browser settings. Fonts are loaded from the site itself, not from Google.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time what data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, restrict its processing or object to it. An e-mail to info@cagnassotartufi.com is enough. If you believe the processing breaks the law, you may lodge a complaint with your data protection authority (in Italy: garanteprivacy.it).

Updates

This notice may change if the site or the rules change. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
